About the Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Role:
As a Project Manager - IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a wide range of complex IT infrastructure projects. Your expertise in project management, technical acumen, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of IT infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and external vendors, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, ensuring clarity of goals, roles, and responsibilities
• Monitor and track project progress, identify and resolve potential issues or bottlenecks, and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
• Proactively manage project risks, escalate critical issues, and propose solutions to ensure project success
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies for project management

To be successful in this role, you must have proven experience of at least five years in project management, specifically in delivering IT infrastructure projects within a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Prince2 certification is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, storage, and vitalisation, with the ability to translate technical requirements into project plans
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting project deadlines
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail
