About the Project Manager, RMO (12-month contract) Role:
In this role, you will be delivering record management frameworks and providing subject-matter expertise at an enterprise/regional level. You will be providing support to the RMO team on Safety and Trust – Compliance Risk – Voice and eCom record keeping work streams and any other work related to the RMO (record management office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject-matter expert in compliance risk – voice and eCom record keeping work streams
• Prepare work for Safety and Trust (S&T) Voice and eComs Record Keeping Steering Committee meeting (SteerCo) and creation of necessary PowerPoint Slides for presentation
• Identify and Investigate gaps pertaining to all record keeping initiatives
• Participate in global and regional meetings to identify relevant materials that are useful to the APAC’s SteerCo/control board meetings
• Review and research on new/relevant topics relevant to S&T Voice and eComs Record Keeping topics

To succeed in this Project Manager, RMO role, you will need strong knowledge of record management framework.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint preparation skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Good listening and minute-taking skills
