About the Project Manager – Office Relocation Role:
This role will oversee Project Management of all aspects and operational facility site move, scope of the move covers physical design and fit out, changes to the IT infrastructure, changes of working practices and move of all staff and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project manage real estate infrastructure projects
• End-to-end management of user deployments, cloud, authentication, video conferencing, workplace modernisation and storage upgrades
• Ensure the relocation of the office is delivered to the agreed time, cost and quality criteria
• Structure the project with an overall plan and artefacts as defined by the stakeholders
• Deliver change projects covering technology and people

To be successful in this role, you must have project management experience of office relocation, IT infrastructure and understanding of project financial and operational costs.

Key Requirements:

• Office project management experience mainly in relocation of buildings
• Successful track record managing IT infrastructure projects
• Strong communicator with excellent time management and organisational skills
• Experience with bidding, equipment purchasing, PO creation and ordering
• Solid experience in developing IT project schedules, track equipment delivery and installation logistics
