Project Lead (End User Services)

About the Project Lead (End User Services) Role:
Reporting to the Director of End User Services you will join a dedicated and supportive team environment. You will work on hands-on technical role and managing interesting IT projects as well.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an active participant in shaping up Active Directory, Windows and Microsoft related technologies including engineering, installing and operating
• Manage ongoing activities in a structured manner, drive priorities in APAC region to ensure teams remain capable of delivering commitments
• Manage, maintain the infrastructure technology products including AD, DNS and DHCP
• Lead and manage end user services projects furthermore responsible for highly technical complex project components
• Heavy focus on the design of new projects involving leading the development of AD, Azure platform and improve AD on cybersecurity related issues

To succeed in this Project Lead (End User Services) role, you must have led projects and be hands-on in Active Directory, DNS, Windows and Microsoft related technologies.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of infrastructure development/support
• Technical lead and experience in Active Directory deployment, Azure AD, along with DNS, DHCP
• Prior experience providing technical expertise throughout the design, implementation and delivery
• Experience working with Windows environment, SCOM, large distributed systems, server design and installation
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving skills with clear communication

This role will implement procedures for architecture, design, support and maintenance of AD and lead end user services projects in the APAC region.
