About the Programme Manager (Salesforce, Contact Centre Transformation) Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of two large-scale programmes - Salesforce and contact centre transformation.
- Define programme scope, objectives, develop detailed work plans, schedules and status reports
- Plan, track and oversee specific workstream within defined programmes
- Process coordination, collaborate with people to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with defined desired outcomes
- Monitor and control the programmes from initiation through delivery, interfacing with regional PMs
- Ensure progression in line with desired outcome and the overall programme timeline
To be successful in this role you must have the right mindset, drive, and attitude to manage end-to-end programmes (Salesforce, Contact Centre).
- 10 or more years in a programme management role with customer facing operations, business project management and Salesforce, contact centre experience
- Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex and large-scale Salesforce and contact centre implementation projects
- Extensive experience in the use of project management methodologies and tools
- Competent in building a committed project team
- Business case development, experience in the application of formal complex project management and standards
