Our client is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a focus on Credit Risk and AML. What you'll do:

• Work with key businesses, technical and operational stakeholders in Credit Risk, Fraud and AML to understand, validate and define requirements holistically
• Drive requirement workshops for refinement and alignment
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads in solution design
• Identify scenarios and dependencies involved in the user journey
• Document User Stories and define Acceptance Criteria
• Translate potentially complex concepts into clear and understandable terms
• Ensure that the team is clear on expectations and that the Definition of Ready is met, providing required clarifications and support
• Align expectations around requirements with various stakeholders across different teams
• Provide testing support as required

What you bring:

• 8-12 years of overall experience performing a Business Analyst role
• Strong experience in Credit Risk, Fraud and AML
• Hands-on Experience with Agile SDLC, Jira, Confluence
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within set timelines
• Technical proficiency – Understanding sequence diagrams; Working knowledge of APIs and event-driven architecture
