Technical Business Analyst

A large global brand is recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst job to be based in their Changi Business Park office, Singapore.

About the Technical Business Analyst Role:
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will work directly with the Enterprise Architect and Service Delivery Manager creating an impact resulting in sustainable financial growth and positive ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Speak with the business and translate requirements for the application developers and technical support teams
• Identify, document and communicate project requirements across various teams’ aspect of client project
• Deliver concise, professionally formatted and structured requirements and operational documentation
• Highest quality documentation of the production technology environment aligned to the IT control and governance framework
• Define new processes to align with the requirements, document key business processes and map them to data objects furthermore provide dependency reporting

To succeed in this role, you must have business analysis experience in Infrastructure or Integration projects with excellent documentation skills and ability to navigate a large complex organisation.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years as business analyst with strong documentation skills
• Strong knowledge and application of analysis techniques, including process mapping, facilitation, gap analysis and data analysis
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills and experience
• Knowledge of globally recognised IT control and governance framework, preferably COBIT 2019
