Project Director (PMO, AI)

About the Role This is a senior leadership role for a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of transformation initiatives across systems, data, and AI-driven solutions. The role goes beyond managing individual projects - you will own the overall program of work, ensuring clear prioritization, strong governance, and disciplined execution. A key mandate is to drive delivery excellence, instill a sense of urgency around timelines, and ensure initiatives are aligned to strategic goals and delivering measurable outcomes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, and value, while ensuring that projects are executed effectively end-to-end.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience operating at Program / Project Director level, managing complex portfolios of work
• A strong track record of driving execution and ensuring delivery against timelines
• The ability to prioritize effectively and bring structure to fast-paced, evolving environments
• Experience in establishing governance, improving reporting, and providing portfolio-level visibility
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• A focus on outcomes and benefits realization, not just project delivery
• Experience in digital, data, or AI-driven transformation initiatives
• Background in data platforms, enterprise systems, or AI-enabled initiatives preferred
• Exposure to Master Data Management (MDM) or Product Information Management (PIM) is a plus
