What you'll do:

As a Facilities Project Manager (6 months), you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the successful mobilisation of new business partners as well as launching new services for existing clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with senior management teams, business development professionals, operational leaders, suppliers, service providers, and various internal departments. You will be responsible for managing complex projects from inception through completion—ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned out.

By scheduling regular meetings, providing timely updates, preparing status reports, designing change management frameworks, engaging stakeholders at all levels, conducting risk assessments, monitoring adoption rates, and refining strategies based on feedback—you will help drive organisational change while supporting knowledge transfer within project teams. Your ability to communicate clearly with diverse groups will be essential in maintaining alignment across all parties involved. Success in this role requires you to be responsive to evolving priorities while consistently focusing on enhancing partner satisfaction and reducing risk.

  • Oversee the mobilisation of new business partners, ensuring smooth handover processes to Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams and minimising disruption.
  • Manage the launch of new services for existing partners by coordinating with BAU teams to ensure all requirements are met efficiently.
  • Lead detailed project management efforts including preparation and maintenance of project actions, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Schedule regular project meetings and provide comprehensive updates to subject matter experts on progress, issues, recruitment needs, risks, and other key aspects.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly mobilisation status reports to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout each phase.
  • Design and implement structured change management plans that support project mobilisation and foster stakeholder adoption.
  • Identify key internal and external stakeholders, assess their impact on projects, and develop engagement strategies to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Drive clear, consistent communication plans that educate stakeholders about upcoming changes while preparing them for seamless transitions.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges or resistance points within projects, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
