We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vendor Program Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple vendor operational activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate with various departments such as Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to govern vendor spend. With a strong focus on invoicing, billing, and purchasing, this role is perfect for someone who thrives on making data-driven decisions and managing global operations.

What you'll do:

As a Vendor Program Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to manage multiple vendor operational activities effectively. You will work closely with various departments including Engineering, Finance, and Procurement to govern vendor spend. Your role will also involve managing and approving invoices, purchase orders, budgets and contracts. You will run business reviews with internal business stakeholders to keep them updated on the business and discuss forward-looking plans. Additionally, you will maintain metrics and analysis of vendor performance while providing regular reporting on performance. Lastly, you will coordinate and prepare strategic review agendas on a weekly basis.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Vendor Program Manager role brings a minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor program management, with a strong understanding and experience in invoicing, billing, purchasing. You have managed complex and large-scale vendor programs before. You from a strong operational background with a track-record of making data-driven decisions. Experience in managing global operations will be a plus. You possess working experience and understanding of BPO and Outsourcing. Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to reprioritise tasks on a weekly basis, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and excited about creating innovative processes and solutions.

  • Strong understanding and experience in invoicing, billing, purchasing
