Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Flow Management Specialist for a one-year contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead, coordinate, manage, and execute end-to-end documentation flow for all artworks for new product launches and change management in all FAP markets. The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will receive a competitive salary of $5,000 - $6,000 per month.

What you'll do:

As a Product Flow Management Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to lead, coordinate, manage, and execute the end-to-end documentation flow for all artworks for new product launches and change management. You will develop proactive documentation timelines and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure that new artwork and packaging are available in a timely manner. Your role will also involve creating, verifying, modifying, and carrying out RDP creation in SAP. You will prepare briefs and work closely with artwork agencies to create packaging artworks. Additionally, you will drive the entire documentation process on the Production Documentation systems.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end documentation flow for all artworks for new product launches and change management.
• Develop and manage documentation timelines proactively.
• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely availability of new artwork and packaging.
• Create, verify, modify, and carry out RDP creation in SAP.
• Prepare briefs and work closely with artwork agencies to create packaging artworks.
• Drive the whole documentation process on the Production Documentation systems.
• Keep an organised database and ensure timely follow up on status on the system.

The ideal candidate for the Product Flow Management Specialist role brings 4+ years of experience in a similar role. They have a basic understanding of packaging and artwork development for packaged foods. They possess strong proactive communication skills both verbally and written (in English) along with strong project or time management skills. A detail-oriented approach to work is essential for this role as well as good analytical thinking abilities.
