About the Regional Supply Planner Role:
This role reports to the Supply Planning Assistant Manager and will allow the successful candidate to work closely with all key stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Planning and Inventory Management: Develop and maintain inventory targets to ensure optimal stock levels while minimising excess inventory and stockouts
• Master Data Management: Set up, maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory data
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyse supply chain KPIs, such as inventory turns, service levels, and forecast accuracy, and implement improvement strategies as needed
• Risk Management: Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues, such as quality concerns, transportation delays, and production bottlenecks

To be successful within this Regional Supply Planner role, you will need strong end-to-end knowledge of supply planning with any experience working within alcohol, luxury or FMCG industries being desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in supply chain management or logistics
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience in supply chain management
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, good strategic mindset
• Organised and strong presentation skills
• Ability to understand complex situations and problem-solving mindset
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to communicate and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• IT proficiency: Microsoft Excel (advanced), ERP and stock management systems
