Demand Planner

An exciting Demand Planner job opportunity has become available at a leading FMCG (beauty) company in Singapore.

About the Demand Planner Role:
This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and will allow the successful candidate to work closely with all supply chain and commercial teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Managers with analysis on benchmarks and forecasts
• Define placement quantities for region and detailed quota per market
• Consolidate, review and upload forecasts in FuturMaster based on central deadlines
• EOL inventory management
• Conduct Monthly Forecast reviews with remote Commercial teams in the designated markets
• Actively participates in S&OP process to align on sales, forecast, financial outlook and launch plans
• Analyse Monthly Forecast Accuracy with the main root causes and adjust forecast accordingly

To succeed in this role, you must have some experience in supply chain and demand planning, willingness to learn, with any experience working within the beauty industry being desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in the beauty, travel retail or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
