Master Data Specialist

An exciting Master Data Specialist job opportunity has become available working for a leading nutrition company in Singapore.

About Master Data Specialist Role:
This role reports to the Regional Planning & Inventory Manager and will allow the successful candidate to work closely with all supply chain teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the master data entry processes for SAP
• Collaborate with business owners to further develop and publish master rules, processes, and systems
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and management of product master data collection
• Ensure compliance with business standards and procedures, as adopted by the company and work to continuously improve data standards, quality, repositories and processes
• Implement, manage and take ownership of standards/templates
• Generate detailed extraction, cleaning and reporting designs
• Maintain relationships with all stakeholders managing or utilising master data within the information system
• Identify potential situations that may impede the successful maintenance of service level agreements in processing data to address the business needs of the organisation
• Monitor of IDOC electronic flow to ensure that information between the two systems (P45 and Q26) are transmitted correctly
• Support planning-related master data activities

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in SAP master data management, with any experience in project management being desirable.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other supply chain management related field
• Five years of relevant work experience in an MNC environment is preferred
• Experience with supply chain activities and planning methods
• Familiarity with SAP systems
• Familiarity with main issues relating to production, transportation and warehousing Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Everyangle is preferred
