Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Product Service Specialist for their Food Service Equipment division. This role offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 and is based in the vibrant city of Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring distributor, service providers and customer needs are met with excellence, managing key relationships, and providing high-quality technical support including technical and operational maintenance and operation training. This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

What you'll do:
As a Product Service Specialist your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing relationships with channel partners and service providers, providing training and support on assigned brands, and leading investigations into customer issues. You will also be responsible for reporting any service or quality problems to the relevant brands and conducting regular training sessions or seminars on products with various stakeholders. Your role will also involve monitoring and administering warranty policies of operating companies.
* Ensure customer needs are met with excellence

* Provide training and service support on assigned brands
* Lead investigations and problem-solving activities for customers' problems
* Report service or quality problems on products to brands
* Conduct regular training or seminars on products with the service network, customers and kitchen equipment suppliers throughout Asia Pacific
* Monitor and administer the warranty policies of operating companies
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Product Service Specialist role brings technical (electrical / refrigeration) experience from working within technical support teams, preferably within a product management or field services environment. Your background in foodservice products, particularly Beverage and Refrigeration equipment, will be highly advantageous. You possess strong decision-making abilities coupled with excellent problem-solving skills. Your ability to work effectively within restaurant and kitchen environments sets you apart from others.
* Experience working in technical support teams, ideally in product management, field services environment
* Experience in the foodservice products is a plus, as well as Beverage and Refrigeration equipment
* Ability to analyze Data and develop solutions for corrective actions
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
* Exposure and ability to work in restaurant and kitchen environments
* Fluent English communication skill in written & oral
