Our client is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to oversee and manage logistics operations, vendor management, performance management and governance across multiple countries in the ASEAN region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, optimise supply chain processes, and contribute significantly to meeting operational goals. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop strong relationships with logistics service providers, ensure compliance with regional and international regulations, manage budgets effectively, and lead logistics project implementation.

What you'll do:
As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing 3PL logistics operations across multiple countries in the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective movement of goods by managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory. Your role will also involve developing strong relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring they meet service level agreements. You will ensure compliance with regional and international regulations, working closely with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods. Additionally, you will develop and manage budgets with a focus on cost efficiency and resource optimization.

* Ensure compliance with regional and international regulations.
* Develop and manage budget focusing on cost efficiency and resource optimization.
* Prepare regular reports on logistics performance.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Logistics Manager position brings experience in managing complex logistics operations. With a Bachelor's degree specialising in logistics or supply chain management, you have spent 3-5 years honing your skills in a similar role. Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. You possess the ability to translate goals into actionable plans, demonstrating a continuous improvement mindset at all times. You will have experience in managing the performance of service provider and be exposed to temperature controlled logistics / cold chain management.
* Bachelor's degree with specialization in logistics and/or supply chain.
* 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
* Interpersonal Relationships (Mastery).
* Ability to translate goals into action plans with a Continuous improvement mindset
* IS Skills (SAP, Excel).
* TCL / cold chain management experience
* Expert in logistics (warehousing and transportation).
