About the Regional Logistics Lead (12 months) Role:
Reporting to the Asia Performance and Customer Excellence Leader, this role oversees the delivery chain in their cluster across SEA and South Asia countries. You will develop strategies to enhance success factors, monitor cluster performance, and communicate with regional leadership for support which includes efficient planning and organisation of warehousing and distribution activities, managing relationships with service providers and customer service teams, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and cost requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with customer service and marketing teams for reporting and business planning, and manage import processes and coordinate relabelling activities when necessary
• Facilitate inventory transfers between satellite locations and continuously strive to meet KPIs, cost targets, and improve delivery chain performance within approved budget
• Implement, monitor, and report logistics Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and performance metrics (KPIs) in line with cluster guidelines. Meet performance objectives and targets aligned with commercial teams and global supply chain strategy
• Work with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliation, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities
• Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous goods, controlled substances, and other items in accordance with procedures and regulations
• Utilise warehouse management and distribution systems for efficient operations and system interfaces within the organisation, LSPs, and other parties
• Manage customer service inquiries and complaints related to distribution, update provider contracts and processes, and coordinate relabelling activities

The preferred candidate should have a successful history of navigating complex international organisations. They should possess strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset, ability to handle competing priorities and demonstrate consultative, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities is important. Building effective relationships across different organisational levels and geographic locations is crucial.

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics Management, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management
• Proficient in written and verbal English communications
• Desirable qualifications include APICS certification and/or Lean/Six Sigma training
• A minimum of five years of combined experience in supply and logistics management is required. This experience should encompass pharmaceutical, FMCG, electronics, automotive, retail, or similar industries where alignment of customer requirements with sales, marketing, finance, and suppliers is essential
