Commercial Executive, APAC (one-year contract)

A luxury retail firm that fosters skill development and talent revelation is currently recruiting for a Commercial Executive, APAC (one-year contract) job.

About the Commercial Executive, APAC (one-year contract) Role:
Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this role oversees customer service and order management for the company's travel retail business units. You will be responsible for handling the daily order management and fulfilment, which includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of the order management process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new products communication per sales cycle by gathering and organising all product information related to the marketing plan, and communicating recommended tariffs and quantities per reference
• Process and follow-up on customer's orders (basic and launches) by facilitating a smooth ordering process and ensuring timely ordering of new products to meet the order cutoff date
• Develop a shipping plan for each initiative, which includes quantities and delivery points, and validate the plan with the local commercial team
• Proactively follow up on claims by receiving quality and logistics claims from operators, and issue credit notes as needed
• Verify proposed returns/destruction against approved discontinuations and assortment and issue credit or debit notes in accordance with the commercial agreements
• Prepare and present monthly reports during the call with commercial teams, covering portfolios, service level, prepacked ratio, and launches consumption
• Update and communicate the weekly sell-in portfolio report compared to the monthly outlook

To succeed in the Commercial Executive, APAC (one-year contract) role, you will need to have the ability to work in a challenging role within a fast moving, ambiguous environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of two years' relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical and coordination skill sets
• Self-motivated with entrepreneur spirit
