Logistics Executive (four months)

As a result of ongoing and continued successes both within Singapore and internationally, this global leader within the luxury retail industry is recruiting for a Logistics Executive (four months) job for their team in Singapore.

About the Logistics Executive (four months) Role:
In this role, you will support the team in the preparation of shipping documents and shipping coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support supply chain and logistics operations, including customs clearance are fully compliant with import and export regulations
• Develop, maintain and execute local transportation procedures and proactively identify inefficiencies and implement initiatives to improve service, cost and efficiency
• Implement and manage appropriate internal controls in relation to inventory and stock management within the store to ensure accurate stock is maintained
• Ensure the transactions related to stock movement are accurately recorded along with stock movement reconciliations, including daily stock discrepancies, stock take, family sales and moth end closing enquiries
• Partner with regional and corporate support teams to ensure standardisation of current and new processes, including new systems implementation

To succeed in the Logistics Executive (four months) job, you need to possess strong stakeholder management skills as you will be partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver outcomes and improve the distribution process.

Key Requirements:

• At least five years' experience in retail logistics
• Experience with international logistics and freight (including CITES)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team member
• Excellent communication skills
