About the Shipping Execution (LC) six-month contract Role:
In this business critical, you will be responsible for liaising with many different group across the organisation, hence you must have a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to deal with bank LC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping documents with suppliers and shipping line
• Prepare sales and purchase contracts/invoices
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers and buyers on shipment
• Handle import and export LC documentation
• LC preparation and negotiation
• Record and report shipment status

To succeed in this Shipping Execution (LC) six-month contract role in a business control management environment, you will need to have the ability to work as a team player.

Key Requirements:

• Qualifications: diploma in Logistics or Business
• Experience: two years in a relevant industry
• Capable, responsible, able to handle stress and independent
• Knowledge and familiar with shipping terms, shipping documentation and LC preparation and LC negotiation
• Experience liaising with banks for LC negotiations
• Knowledge in SAP Business One is an advantage
