Our client is a global leader with a diverse portfolio of vaccines and medicines. They are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's mission of preventing and treating disease. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing internal and distributor sales order management and supply chain activities accurately.
What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's global supply chain. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring that the sales order fulfilment process is executed in accordance with compliance standards. Your excellent communication skills will be utilised as you liaise with various stakeholders including supply points, supply chain partners, carriers and third-party logistics partners. Your attention to detail will be key as you manage sales order entry, credit returns and master data processes.
* Execute internal and distributor sales order management and supply chain activities accurately and timely.
* Deliver customer service and supply chain excellence through effective communication with internal and external customers.
* Manage customer interactions to ensure the sales order fulfilment process is executed in accordance with compliance standards.
* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and distributors to manage supply constraints.
* Liaise effectively with supply points, supply chain partners, carriers and third-party logistics partners.
* Ensure sales order fulfilment processes are completed and meet customer expectations.
* Accurate and timely management of sales order entry, credit returns and master data processes.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Coordinator role will bring experience from a customer service or supply chain environment. You will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, fluency in English, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with SAP ECC. Your strong teamwork skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders while your excellent customer focus will ensure that you always act with customers' best interests at heart. Your good analytical skills & problem-solving abilities will be crucial as you navigate challenges within the role.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
* Fluency in English.
* Experience with SAP ECC is essential.
* Experience in a customer service (order processing, fulfillment, customs documentation, PO) or supply chain environment
