An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Order Processing and Controlling Assistant to join a dynamic, fast-growing company. What you'll do:

As an Order Processing and Controlling Assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations within the company. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of order processing, from arranging and tracking sales orders to coordinating purchase orders. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to use as you maintain supplier information, manage import/export activities, and ensure accurate record-keeping. Additionally, you will oversee financial transactions, manage outstanding balances, and provide essential support for audit processes.

  • Process, arrange and track all sales orders with customers.
  • Coordinate and track all purchase orders with headquarters.
  • Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents.
  • Manage import/export activities within the order processing workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting all data generated in the order processing workflow into the ERP system or other relevant files.
  • Monitor loan equipment due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Managers and Application Engineers.
  • Ensure seamless transfer price documentation to facilitate transparent and efficient transactions.
  • Process payments for both Account Receivable and Account Payable.
  • Oversee the dunning process to manage outstanding balances effectively.
  • Provide essential support for audit processes by submitting required documentation promptly.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Order Processing and Controlling Assistant role brings a wealth of experience in accounting or office assistance roles. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you are well-versed in business studies, accounting or finance. Your exceptional organisational skills enable you to approach tasks proactively. You are comfortable working in diverse teams thanks to your intercultural competence. Your communication skills are top-notch, and you are proficient in English, both written and verbal. You are well-versed in Microsoft Office applications and have a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented approach to work. Your proven ability to foster positive working relationships makes you an asset to any team.

  • At least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent self-organization skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.
