Order Processing & Controlling Assistant

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of order processing and controlling, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining healthy financial relationships. With detailed on board training provided, this is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career in a friendly working atmosphere with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.

What you'll do:

As an Order Processing and Controlling Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of order processing and controlling. Your responsibilities will include processing, arranging, and tracking sales orders with customers, coordinating purchase orders with headquarters, and handling the maintenance of supplier information. You will also manage import/export activities within the work flow, maintain accurate records, monitor loan equipment due dates, ensure seamless transfer price documentation, process payments, oversee the dunning process, and provide essential support for audit processes.

  • Handle maintenance of supplier information and vendor-code related documents
  • Manage import/export activities within the order processing work flow
  • Maintain accurate records by inputting data into the ERP system or other relevant files
  • Monitor loan equipment due dates and provide relevant information to Sales Managers and Application Engineers
  • Ensure seamless transfer price documentation to facilitate efficient transactions
  • Process payments for both Account Receivable and Account Payable

What you bring:

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with at least 5 years in an accounting or office assistant role. A dynamic, highly motivated, well-organised, and detail-oriented personality is crucial, along with proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships.

  • At least 5 years of working experience as an accountant or office assistant with a focus on accounting tasks
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business studies, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Excellent self-organisation skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Intercultural competence with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse teams
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, well-organised, and detail-oriented personality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive working relationships
