A renowned brand known for providing a range of complementary products that ranges from skincare to scents is seeking a Commercial Executive (12 months contract) to be a part of their team. In this job, your main responsibility is to support a large, complex business unit with a regional remit.

About the Commercial Executive (12 months contract) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for the order management of the business units by overseeing the day-to-day order management and fulfilment. You will also be responsible for working collaboratively with the various stakeholders to ensure the smooth communication and delivery of order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new products communication per sales cycle by collating and preparing all product information and communicate the suggested quantities
• Process and follow up promptly on customer's orders, ensuring that there is a smooth ordering process and timely tracking of order status till shipment
• Prepare shipping plan and validate it with the local commercial team
• Process follow up claims, returns and destruction in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and analysis which is required to be presented in a monthly call with commercial teams

To succeed in this Commercial Executive (12 months contract) role, you will need to have the ability to work on your own initiative especially in a challenging role that is fast moving in an ambitious environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience in a matrix environment
• Strong analytical and coordination skillsets, with the ability to multitask
