What you'll do:

As a Solutions Manager, you will be at the heart of delivering complex data centre projects by engaging directly with customers to uncover their unique technical needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating extensively with sales teams to identify new opportunities while supporting existing client relationships. You will act as a central connector among diverse internal groups—ensuring everyone is aligned towards delivering optimal outcomes. From preparing compelling solution proposals based on detailed RFPs to coordinating design reviews and managing project timelines, your ability to foster agreement across functions will be key. You will also play an important role in analysing market trends against customer requirements so that every solution remains competitive. By consolidating stakeholder input into clear management reports and acting as the main contact for executive-level escalations, you will ensure projects run smoothly from conception through implementation. Your efforts will not only support successful project delivery but also contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement across the organisation.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality solution proposals based on RFP documents received from customers, ensuring full compliance with all technical requirements and specifications.
  • Analyse customer technical requirements in comparison with market trends to develop optimised solutions that balance innovation with practicality.
  • Establish detailed internal project briefs aligned with agreed customer solutions to guide project execution from inception through completion.
  • Work collaboratively with design and construction teams on procurement strategies, long-lead equipment buy-outs, risk analysis, and project timeline development to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders to prepare comprehensive reports for management review and group approval processes.
  • Organise and manage design review meetings between customers and internal stakeholders to finalise implementation-ready design solutions.
  • Coordinate overall project delivery schedules in partnership with design and construction teams to ensure timely implementation that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement based on observations during project execution.
  • Manage assigned accounts proactively while providing backup coverage for colleagues as needed to maintain consistent service levels.
