What you'll do:

As Regional Brand Manager, you will be entrusted with driving the success of key brands across diverse markets in the region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that every campaign resonates locally while maintaining global consistency. You will be instrumental in translating consumer insights into actionable strategies that elevate brand presence and engagement. By leveraging your expertise in integrated marketing communications, you will help shape compelling narratives that connect with target audiences. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail will be crucial as you oversee campaign execution from concept through to analysis. Success in this role will come from your commitment to teamwork, your enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, and your dedication to achieving shared goals within a supportive environment.

  • Develop and execute regional brand strategies that align with overall business objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all markets.
  • Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to adapt global campaigns for regional relevance, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring high-quality execution of marketing initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and traditional media.
  • Track campaign performance using key metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work alongside sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing activities and commercial objectives, maximising brand visibility and sales impact.
  • Support the development of new product launches by coordinating go-to-market strategies and promotional plans tailored to regional audiences.
  • Champion best practices in brand management, sharing knowledge with colleagues to foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements in all branding activities.

What you bring:

Your background includes significant exposure to brand management or related marketing disciplines within large-scale organisations operating across different markets. You bring strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues at all levels as well as external partners. Your approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and open communication—qualities that allow you to thrive in multicultural environments. Your analytical mindset helps you interpret data effectively so you can recommend improvements that benefit both the team and the wider business. Above all else, you are enthusiastic about contributing positively within an inclusive workplace where ongoing learning is encouraged.

  • Strong project management abilities, including experience overseeing complex campaigns from inception through completion.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market research methodologies, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with fluency in English required; additional Asian languages are advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating multi-channel marketing initiatives within set budgets.
  • Ability to analyse campaign results using relevant metrics, drawing actionable insights for future improvements.
