Our client is a leading player in the global chocolate and confectionery market, with their distinguished brands distributed in over 100 countries worldwide. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager to join their dynamic team in Singapore.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving market share gains across all APAC markets. Your excellent storytelling ability will enable you to effectively communicate market needs to both internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing brand strategies, conducting comprehensive market analyses, managing creative plans across various platforms, and driving new product development processes. Your keen attention to detail will ensure successful implementation of marketing plans, including digital and influencer marketing initiatives.

  • Drive brand performance and leverage business potential through projects and processes across all APAC markets.
  • Develop brand strategy and support long-term planning process.
  • Conduct extensive review of market analysis through various data sources.
  • Own the product line-ups for key markets with clear channel strategy.
  • Study financial viability for any new launches in partnership with finance colleagues.
  • Manage full implementation of marketing plans including digital and influencer marketing, social media and below the line activations.
  • Analyse effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage creative plans across all platforms and formats.
  • Adapt existing marketing concepts for regional markets.
  • Manage budget allocation based on return on investment analysis.

What you bring:

As the ideal candidate for the Regional Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager position, you bring a wealth of consumer marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG sector. Your insights-driven approach coupled with your strong understanding of consumer needs sets you apart. Your effective prioritisation skills, resilience and proactive nature make you a valuable addition to the team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in consumer marketing (FMCG preferred) with proven track record
  • Insights driven with strong understanding of consumers' needs
  • Strong storytelling ability to convey market needs
  • Leadership experience
  • Big picture orientation with attention to details
  • Effective prioritization of workloads and initiatives
  • Highly organized, confident, resilient, proactive
