Our client is seeking a seasoned Brand Partners Manager for their Southeast Asia operations. This role sits at the heart of their global partnerships, shaping an industry-leading portfolio that delivers their voice to a worldwide audience. As they expand their brand partnerships footprint in Southeast Asia, they are looking for a professional with deep industry knowledge across key sports and cultural pillars that resonate with SEA consumers.

What you'll do:

As a Brand Partners Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's presence in the Southeast Asian market. You will work closely with SEA countries to identify, assess, secure, and maintain a top-tier portfolio of talent that reflects the company's brand positioning. Your role will involve supporting contract negotiations and strategies to secure partners across SEA. You will also manage the SEA partner seeding program to deliver optimal outcomes for the brand across the region. Acting as a liaison between brand partners and internal departments, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Compliance with the Global Brand Partner Marketing Policy during all contract negotiations and operations is crucial.

  • Support the development and execution of SEA Brand Partner strategy in alignment with Global/Emerging Market Brand & Category objectives.
  • Assist SEA countries to identify, assess, secure and maintain industry best portfolio of talent that reflects our Brand positioning.
  • Support contract negotiations & strategies to secure partners across SEA.
  • Deliver industry leading partner activations to drive awareness of our partnerships and brand/product heat.
  • Manage SEA partner seeding program to deliver optimal outcomes for our brand across SEA.
  • Act as liaison between brand partners and internal departments, including brand activation, omni-channel PR/newsroom and sales.
  • Ensure all Partners contract negotiations and operations comply with the Global Brand Partner Marketing Policy and are in line with local budget guidelines.

The ideal candidate for this Brand Partners Manager role brings strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence others. You have deep knowledge of sports marketing and lifestyle marketing, backed by established industry contacts within these fields. Your methodological skills are well-honed, particularly in areas such as business planning and strategic development. A high degree of commercial acumen related to sports marketing is essential, along with strong negotiation skills honed through experience in contract negotiations.
