Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Senior Brand Manager to join their team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative ideas within the Global Markets Group.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's brand portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Head of Marketing in identifying new opportunities based on marketing insights. You will work closely with International Marketing to understand the global brand strategy and adapt these strategies according to local insights. You will also partner with distributors in developing and executing portfolio strategies, providing recommended consumer pricing guidelines for new product launches. A key part of your role will involve leading digital strategy and implementation for total APAC brands, working closely with International Marketing and eComm/digital team.

  • Support the Head of Marketing in identifying new and emerging opportunities based on marketing insights
  • Work with International Marketing to understand global brand strategy and deploy these strategies in accordance with local insights
  • Partner with distributors in the development and execution of portfolio strategy
  • Provide recommended consumer pricing guidelines for new product and brand launches
  • Utilize data-centric approach to size up market opportunity for new launches and potential whitespace expansion
  • Lead digital strategy and implementation for total APAC brands by working closely with International Marketing and eComm/digital team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Regional Senior Brand Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the FMCG sector, specifically within a Marketing team. You are educated to MBA or BBA level, demonstrating a strong academic background. Your experience includes digital marketing/eComm execution, showcasing your ability to stay ahead of industry trends. Your strong project management and communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. Furthermore, your well-organised nature, keen eye for detail, and effective time management skills ensure that you can thrive in this fast-paced role.

  • Educated to MBA or BBA level
  • 7-8 years of experience in FMCG as part of a Marketing team
  • Experience in digital marketing/eComm execution
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Well-organized with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage time effectively
