Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Brand Development Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategies for significant brands, implement innovative ideas and projects, and contribute significantly to growing market share and competitive positioning.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Brand Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's brands. You will be entrusted with developing brand strategies that significantly contribute to growing market share. Your expertise will be crucial in managing advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs. You will also have the opportunity to drive innovation through new product development (NPD) strategy development. Your responsibilities will extend to supervising material development activities including packaging development projects. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor outputs related to brand plans, execute media mix planning and analyze test results.

  • Develop brand strategies and provide insights to define the key role in defining the brand targets, sales mix, net sales, gross margin and marketing contribution.
  • Participate in preparing key strategic plans defining volumes, P&L, activity plan.
  • Manage advertising, promotion, research and market analysis costs.
  • Give direction on positioning in comparison with competitors’ actions.
  • Contribute to new product development (NPD) strategy development.
  • Develop the advertising strategy and manage creative agencies.
  • Monitor the outputs related to the brand plans and participate in the definition of the promotion strategy.
  • Supervise material development activities such as execution of packaging development and new packaging / labeling projects.
  • Execute conventional and digital media mix planning and follow-up.
  • Analyze results and data of tests, calculating KPIs and proposing actions.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Brand Development Manager role will bring a wealth of marketing experience, particularly within the FMCG and Brand Marketing sectors. You will have a strong project management skillset, with an understanding of both traditional and digital media. Your analytical abilities will be well-honed, and you'll be comfortable interpreting data to inform strategic decisions. Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll be working across functions and with multiple stakeholders. You'll also need to be agile and adaptable, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

  • University degree in Marketing or Economics
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with strong expertise in FMCG and Brand Marketing
  • Strong project management skillset
  • Understanding of traditional and digital media, digital platforms/channels
  • Good analytical ability and cognitive thought
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across functions and with multiple stakeholders
  • Agility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
  • High sense of responsibility and proactivity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced MS office (Excel, PowerPoint) skills, SAP
