An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Business Manager to join a dynamic team based in Singapore. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on driving brand portfolios from planning to execution, and who can leverage their skills to create and lead the implementation of innovative marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have the chance to maximise commercial potential while building long-term brand equity and consumer commitment.

What you'll do:

As a Business Manager, you will be at the heart of the operations, owning and driving our core and luxury portfolio from planning to execution. You will work closely with various teams to develop local PR/communication plans that align with global guidelines. Your role will involve partnering with Regional Marketing to develop in-market brand and channel plans as part of the annual planning process. You will also be responsible for delivering agreed Brand targets across the portfolio through sound financial planning, people resource management and alignment of systems and processes. Your ability to negotiate activation, promotions and displays with customers will be crucial in increasing sales-out and visibility of our brands.

  • Apply local market, shopper, consumer, and customer insights to input into local activity planning
  • Build brands across all channels in line with brand guidelines and activation campaigns
  • Develop local PR/communication plan (Events, PR) ensuring adherence to global guidelines
  • Partner with Regional Marketing to develop in-market brand and channel plans as part of the annual planning process
  • Deliver agreed Brand targets across the portfolio through sound financial planning, people resource management and alignment of systems and processes
  • Negotiate activation, promotions and displays with customers to increase sales-out and visibility of the brands
  • Compile a monthly report detailing successes, challenges and next month’s plan for the wider team

What you bring:

The ideal Business Manager brings a wealth of experience in portfolio management within a similar industry. You have a strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behaviour which you can apply effectively in the role. Your ability to develop effective PR/communication plans will be matched by your experience working with regional marketing teams to develop brand and channel plans. You will also have strong financial planning skills with experience in managing resources effectively, excellent negotiation skills will be evident in your track record of successful activation, promotions and displays.

  • Proven experience in portfolio management within a similar industry
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and consumer behaviour
  • Ability to develop effective PR/communication plans
  • Experience working with regional marketing teams to develop brand and channel plans
