A Marketing Manager job has become available at a Series A-funded startup in the area of hybrid vehicles. With a strong engineering and assembly team in China, Thailand and Vietnam, the firm is looking at setting up their APAC hub in Singapore.
About the Marketing Manager Role:
Reporting to the Founder and CEO of the business, you will work closely with the stakeholders to drive the overall marketing plan and brand strategy for the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and develop a marketing plan that is aimed at driving awareness
- Work with the sales director to identify qualified leads in the market
- Identify the relevant agency structure and support
- Curate and develop marketing initiatives aimed at awareness and subsequently at retention
The successful candidate has strong B2B marketing experience and is an independent worker who is agile and entrepreneurial.
Key Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing/Business
- At least five years of experience in a B2B marketing role, experience in the automotive industry would be an added advantage
- A creative individual who is comfortable working in a flat and startup structure
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin, as the candidate is required to work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
The firm has received its first rounds of funding and the products would be taken to the market in July. Candidates can expect to be a fast moving industry with high growth potential.
