About the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for the Assistant Trade Market Manager to play a key role in the trade marketing team’s continued development and success. You will be working closely on product and initiative development, ROI assessment of activities, development of the activity calendar as well as MCL and other key sales fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage volume, NSV and margin management for Total Singapore portfolio
• Spend budget and revenue growth management for respective channels
• Understand shopper behaviour and supply insights
• Work on NPD portfolio with marketing
• Lead launch initiatives and reviews from a trade response perspective
• Deliver the business processes enabling the business

To succeed in the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Be the voice of sales and trade who ensures the right products are deployed the right way
• Ensure the completeness of launch programmes by leading from start to finish
• Analyse and supply input on new initiatives leading to product creation based on shipper insights
• Create strategic plans for the year with key focus areas
• Manage and ensure spending falls within overall budget
• University degree in any field, preferably in business or economics
• Minimum of four to five years of sales experience with an FMCG company with working knowledge of retail and consumer industry
• Sales and distributor management experience is an advantage for this role
• Intermediate to advanced skills with presentation and analysis tools, including Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint
