Our client is seeking a Luxury CRM Manager for the SEA region. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage and develop the Luxury CRM database across various markets including Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

What you'll do:

As a Luxury CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the Luxury CRM database across various SEA markets. Your primary responsibilities will include developing communications campaigns focused on the luxury portfolio, generating revenue through sales of luxury variants, leading salesforce campaigns, and identifying valuable consumer segments. You will also ensure customer data policy compliance, manage consumer data acquisition initiatives, and maintain agency relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can drive continuous improvement in service and business performance.

  • Develop and manage communications campaigns focused on the luxury portfolio.
  • Generate revenue through sales of ongoing luxury variants and new high-age releases.
  • Lead the development of all salesforce campaigns for SEA.
  • Identify most valuable consumer segments and analyse business performance.
  • Ensure customer data policy compliance and accuracy of dashboards.
  • Proactively upkeep price books in the CRM system.
  • Drive and manage consumer data acquisition and retention initiatives in SEA.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure effective operation of the Luxury CRM system.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Luxury CRM Manager position brings a wealth of experience in CRM management and marketing. You have a strong understanding of data analytics and governance, with proven ability to develop effective communication campaigns. Your experience in revenue generation through sales strategies sets you apart from others. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential for this role.
