Our client is seeking a passionate Out-of-Home and Ecommerce Specialist to join their dynamic team for a 12-month contract. Based in the bustling city of Singapore, this role presents an opportunity to nurture and expand two promising channels: Out-of-Home (OOH) and Ecommerce. What you'll do:
As a Specialist in Out-of-Home and Ecommerce, your role will be crucial in supporting the development and expansion of two rapidly growing channels. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, playing a key role in propelling market share growth strategy by brand/category/Retailers and OOH & Online Sales growth. Your ability to oversee channel investments effectively, coupled with your knack for identifying new trends & opportunities within the OOH/Ecommerce space, will be vital for achieving set ROI targets & profitable channel growth. Your commitment to impeccable execution of plans across different channels will ensure success in this role.
- Assist in implementing the strategic roadmap for OOH and Ecommerce with key partners
- Propel the market share growth strategy by brand/category/Retailers and OOH & Online Sales growth in close collaboration with all key stakeholders
- Boost knowledge transfer across different functions and departments
- Oversee channel investments and performance ensuring proper KPI placement to achieve set ROI targets & profitable channel growth
- Create tools and practices to manage OOH/ online Retailers based on Shopper insights
- Assist promotional planning process
- Propel annual budgeting process in close collaboration with Cluster and Country Manager guidelines
- Ensure impeccable execution of plans across different channels
- Work closely with global OOH/ ecommerce team to ensure proper implementation of global digital commerce framework
- Identify new OOH/ eCommerce trends & opportunities with the support of Consumer/Shopper Insights for growth
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Specialist in Out-of-Home and Ecommerce role will bring a wealth of experience from a relevant commercial role, with specific E-Commerce and ideally OOH experience. Your background in FMCG or Online Retailers’ sector will be highly advantageous. You will possess keen analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, which will be essential for overseeing channel investments and identifying new trends & opportunities. Your superior communication and presentation skills will enable you to work effectively within a team and cross functionally. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline required
- ~3 years in a relevant commercial role, E-Commerce experience required, OOH experience preferred; FMCG or Online Retailers’ experience preferred
- Customer Systems/Portal experience preferred
- Keen analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail
- Project management skills preferred, along with superior communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross functionally
- Superior Microsoft Office proficiency
