What you'll do:

As a Data Analyst within this forward-thinking organisation, you will immerse yourself in the collection, interpretation, and presentation of complex datasets that inform critical business decisions. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with diverse teams across digital, e-commerce, marketing, and business development functions in APAC region. You will be responsible for designing effective data collection processes, conducting detailed analyses using state-of-the-art tools, creating compelling visualisations for various audiences, and presenting your findings in ways that drive strategic action. By working hand-in-hand with both internal stakeholders and external partners—including distribution networks—you will help shape digital marketing plans, monitor key performance indicators, manage agency deliverables, and contribute directly to annual brand health assessments. Your ability to stay current with industry advancements will ensure that your contributions remain impactful as you help elevate consumer experiences throughout the region.

  • Design and implement robust methodologies for collecting data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and reliability throughout the process.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis using advanced techniques such as mining and visualisation to extract meaningful insights and identify emerging trends.
  • Develop clear dashboards, reports, and visualisations that effectively communicate complex findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Present analytical results and recommendations in an accessible manner to internal teams, senior management, and external partners.
  • Continuously refine reporting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with both internal colleagues and external partners to understand analytical needs and translate them into actionable business strategies.
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to plan digital-driven marketing initiatives—including paid media campaigns—content creation, KPI setting, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with global insights teams to manage annual brand health reports across key countries within the APAC region.
  • Oversee agency relationships to ensure timely delivery of accurate data analyses and reports supporting business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in data analytics to ensure ongoing improvement in methodologies and outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce/Digital Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field is required for this role.
  • At least two years’ experience working in data analytics roles where you have demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in data mining techniques as well as expertise in data visualisation tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving abilities enables you to deliver high-quality results consistently.
  • Outstanding communication skills allow you to present complex information clearly to non-technical audiences across different organisational levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within fast-moving environments ensures seamless project delivery.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce operating platforms as well as web analytics or UX-UI tools (such as Google Analytics or Mouseflow) is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities demonstrates your organisational strengths.
