What you'll do:

As Head of Growth Marketing in Singapore, you will take ownership of the entire growth engine—designing integrated systems that seamlessly convert prospects into long-term advocates. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop scalable acquisition funnels tailored for both sellers and buyers. You will champion the optimisation of every digital touchpoint through rigorous experimentation frameworks that drive measurable improvements in activation rates.

  • Design, steward, and continuously improve the organisation’s comprehensive growth engine by integrating acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, and advocacy systems.
  • Develop and govern end-to-end acquisition funnels for both seller and buyer segments, establishing clear funnel architecture, segment strategies, and handoff protocols between teams.
  • Optimise conversion performance across all digital touchpoints by implementing structured experimentation frameworks, testing protocols, and systematic improvement practices.
  • Oversee performance marketing systems across paid channels such as search, social media, display advertising, and retargeting to ensure disciplined spend allocation and channel optimisation.
  • Establish robust channel performance standards, vendor management protocols, and budget governance frameworks to maintain growth velocity while balancing efficiency.
  • Design engagement loops and referral programmes that foster trust, loyalty, repeat participation, and customer lifetime value beyond initial acquisition.
  • Ensure all growth systems are effectively localised for regional markets while maintaining global strategic coherence and governance standards.
  • Monitor key growth metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), activation rates, and use data-driven insights to guide prioritisation and economic sustainability.
  • Collaborate as an active member of the Marketing Team by contributing strategic perspectives and participating in enterprise-level decision-making processes.
  • Align engagement and referral systems with broader organisational needs to minimise friction and maximise cross-functional effectiveness.

What you bring:

To excel as Head of Growth Marketing you will bring substantial experience managing high-impact growth or performance marketing functions at scale—ideally within international or multi-segment contexts.

  • Extensive experience leading large-scale growth marketing or demand generation initiatives within complex organisations or multi-market environments.
  • A proven track record of delivering sustainable improvements in key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and activation rates through systematic optimisation.
  • Demonstrated capability in building robust growth marketing systems that integrate acquisition, conversion, engagement, and advocacy components.
  • Advanced skills in measuring, monitoring, interpreting, and responding proactively to growth analytics using industry-standard tools.
  • Experience operating successfully across multiple regions or market segments while balancing global standards with local flexibility.
  • Ability to lead through system clarity while remaining hands-on in execution when necessary to achieve results.
