Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working on a daily basis with Robert Walters SEA marketing team, the Marketing Intern (Singapore) is a broad and varied role suited to an intern who likes fast-paced environments, and has a diverse skill set to balance all aspects of the role, from executing qualitative marketing campaigns or events, to engaging daily with the relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns
- Supporting the launch of global, regional, and local marketing campaigns via events, video content, social, digital and advertising.
- Assist to research and prepare thought leadership content that positions Robert Walters as the best global talent solutions business. These include surveys, whitepapers, Salary Survey, senior management speeches etc.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with lead generation campaigns through mailers, social sponsored campaigns, webinars, or other innovative channels, with an objective to increase job flow from new clients and applications from new candidates.
- Tracking sales qualified leads and sharing them with the business and ensuring a tight follow-up.
- Assist in writing and designing of key marketing materials to support sales, aligned to Robert Walters brand guidelines
Events
- Support the Marketing Manager in end-to-end corporate event management for consultants to regularly meet with strategic clients/candidates
- Using internal knowledge of Singapore’s talent and recruitment markets, source for quality event partners, sponsorship events, or partnership opportunities, and collaborate with business closely to make the most of these opportunities and generate ROI
Digital
- In collaboration with the digital team, update RW Singapore website and create content with a focus on SEO to drive traffic to the website.
- Scheduling RW Singapore social media postings to create engagement with our target audiences.
Public Relations
- Coordinate media enquiries, assist to write press releases and prepare data for interviews.
- Provide regular reporting on the success of brand awareness & PR initiatives to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Requirements
- Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field
- Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organisations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
- Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
- Hands-on approach to work, energy, drive and positive attitude, as well as organisational skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to details and creativity
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
