What you'll do:

As a Junior Marketing Manager (1 year), you will play a crucial role in bolstering the mandates of the Marketing and Creative Services Department. You will work hand-in-hand with various teams to develop and execute innovative marketing solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include leading APAC Marketing efforts across both Linear and New Media platforms, providing essential support for all client-proposed marketing initiatives, and assisting clients in crafting campaigns that drive viewership and subscriptions. Additionally, you will coordinate local screenings, manage access to key resources, assist in drafting pitch decks, lead festive hamper coordination, support local events, and track budgets.

  • Lead APAC Marketing efforts, including both Linear and New Media platforms.
  • Provide enthusiastic support for all client-proposed marketing initiatives and assist clients in creating captivating marketing campaigns and ideas to increase viewership and subscriptions in APAC markets.
  • Coordinate local screenings for relevant APAC markets whilst collaborating with the Senior Director in drafting compelling pitch decks for Sales teams.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of festive hampers for clients.
  • Track and manage the APAC budget diligently.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Junior Marketing Manager (1 year) position brings a wealth of experience in marketing within an agency or media/publishing company setting. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication or Marketing and have spent at least three years honing your skills in a similar role. Your strong business ethics are matched by your proficiency in technology, particularly MS Office. You are known for your outstanding interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and persuade at all levels within an organisation. Your excellent project management skills enable you to stay organised, prioritise effectively, and manage your time efficiently.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of energetic marketing related experience at an agency or media/publishing company, or integrated marketing sales organisation
  • Strong business, work and personal ethics
  • Proficient with technology and MS Office at Advance level
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven influencing and persuasive skills as well as well-developed negotiating skills across all levels in the organisation
  • Excellent project management skills, highly organised, able to prioritise and manage time efficiently
