About the APAC Retail Training Manager Role: You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the brand experience for each customer through front-liners. You will be responsible for building a 360 Makeup Programme approach including processes, makeup artists profiles, tools and implementing it via a blended learning path. In addition, you will lead the Makeup Community and Train-The-Trainers initiative to drive makeup skill development and recognition. Your goal is to drive best of the best customer experiences rendered with care, authenticity, and confidence by all our front liners.
Implementing training strategies to enhance product knowledge, sales, and service across assigned markets
Developing and providing support to enhance the skills of local Trainers in alignment with business needs
Collaborating with global and local teams to design and deliver comprehensive training programmes
Conducting regular assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for skill improvement
Monitoring and delivering regular reports on market status, progress, and follow-up action plans to all relevant stakeholders
Partnering with local markets to adapt and/or develop digital learning content and design as necessary
Working closely with other departments to align training programs with business objectives and market trends
To succeed in this APAC Retail Training Manager role, you will need to possess at least five years of training experience in a managerial role within the beauty, luxury or retail industry. You should have strong leadership qualities with proven expertise in programme development and implementation, be proficient in clear, engaging communication of skincare and makeup concepts and has an extensive luxury service background or premium skincare and makeup experiences. You should be adaptable, able to respond to industry changes and adjust training for emerging trends.
At least five years of training experience in manager role, preferably in the beauty, luxury or retail industry
Demonstrated leadership qualities with expertise in programme development and implementation
Proficient in clear, engaging communication of skincare and makeup concepts
Extensive luxury service background or premium skincare and makeup experience
Flexible in responding to industry changes, adjusting training for emerging trends
Fluency in English and proficiency in other Asian languages or dialects is advantageous
