An exciting APAC Marketing Manager job opportunity has just become available at a leading prestige beauty company. Based in Singapore and reporting into the Associate Marketing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end brand strategy across Asia markets to meet business objectives.

About the APAC Marketing Manager Role:
In this business critical role, you will work with global and country teams to drive marketing plans and implement product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a 360° product strategy accompanied by a relevant content strategy at each touchpoint to ensure key messages are delivered strategically to the consumers
• Work closely with all regional functions (communication, visual merchandising, digital CRM, e-commerce and training) to give them the franchise/product and business expertise and work alongside with them on building their materials in support of the franchise/products
• Handle platform management and meetings to ensure information on launches and permanent references are well assimilated and maintained to reach business objectives
• Support teams in all operational needs regarding the franchises
• Work closely with the Operations Manager, Asia Pacific on trade animations, pricing, sampling and promotional strategies
• Participate in building the franchise from consumer insight, concept creation, and the development of product (from formula to packaging to claims, etc.)
• Identify specific needs for Asia, not limited to products but also services, tools, and experiences
• Work closely with the R&D Manager, Asia Pacific to find new needs and new ways to express them
• Accompany the product strategy, develop and deliver the most attractive, unique, and relevant content strategy and key messages, and implement into the creation of all 360 assets (headline copies, visuals, films, animations) and deploy the assets into a coherent storytelling relevant for each touchpoint in the consumer journey
• Work closely with the communications team, digital and CRM teams (regional and local) to understand their functions/landscapes, needs and learnings to nourish the content strategy
• Guide, nourish and challenge markets on their content strategy and the relevancy in their local campaign concepts and messages
• Develop relevant assets for the region, either leading the development here, consulting the global teams on the development and production, or assisting and validating local market productions assignment on brand content that is strategic and a key priority towards building the brand in Asia
• Build strategy based on consumer insights, business analysis and competitor analysis

To be successful in this APAC Marketing Manager role, you will need to have a successful track record in marketing an established brand within the beauty/ personal care space.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in business/marketing/mass communications or related field
• At least five years of relevant product marketing experience in FMCG or cosmetics companies with digital and consumer experience
• Strategic mindset and strong communication skills
• Experience working with China and Asia region/multiple markets is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in product management and business analysis
• Proactive and initiative with good communication skillsets, able to work independently and efficiently under multiple work cultures
• Strong analytical skills and strategic in recommendations, would have the ability to identify opportunities with go-to-market strategy
