What you'll do:
As Field Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving regional marketing success by developing innovative strategies tailored for Singapore and Australia. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve executing multi-channel campaigns designed to generate demand and enhance brand visibility. You will take ownership of organising service provider events across APAC—ensuring every aspect from planning through post-event follow-up is handled with precision. - Develop and implement tailored field marketing strategies that align with both marketing and sales objectives, focusing on key markets in Singapore and Australia to maximise engagement.
- Execute comprehensive field marketing activities across digital channels, live events, and channel marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure all marketing campaigns are strategically aligned with business goals and contribute effectively to pipeline targets.
- Source, organise, and deliver service provider events throughout the APAC region by coordinating logistics and engaging internal as well as external partners for maximum impact.
- Manage all aspects of event follow-up processes including lead nurturing and conversion activities to ensure optimal outcomes from each initiative.
- Oversee the execution of APAC-specific marketing campaigns by setting up campaigns in Marketo, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring leads are followed through with sellers.
- Monitor campaign results using tools such as SFDC, PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketo, making recommendations for continuous optimisation.
- Take responsibility for additional tasks assigned by the Growth Marketing Director APAC that contribute to broader marketing initiatives or business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholder groups across departments to foster collaboration and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

- Proven track record of successfully executing digital campaigns using platforms such as Marketo, SFDC (Salesforce), PowerBI, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Exceptional project management skills demonstrated by your ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills enabling you to collaborate effectively with sales teams, internal departments, external partners, and service providers.
- Deep understanding of the APAC business landscape—especially within data centre, cloud computing or AI industries—and familiarity with regional trends.
- Ability to work dependably both independently and collaboratively within multicultural teams under supportive leadership structures.
- Creative mindset paired with an enthusiasm for driving measurable outcomes through innovative approaches to campaign execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills allowing you to nurture relationships across diverse stakeholder groups while promoting inclusive practices.
- Experience managing event logistics from conception through delivery including post-event lead nurturing activities.
