Our client is on the hunt for a seasoned Regional Events Manager to take the reins in conceptualising, planning, and executing top-tier events. This role is a cornerstone in their journey towards becoming a global luxury icon.
What you'll do:
As the Regional Events Manager, you will be at the helm of crafting innovative brand experiences that amplify brand awareness and desirability. You will take full ownership of events from conception to completion, overseeing all aspects of event operations and logistics. Your role will also involve leading planning and executions with multiple external agencies, ensuring adherence to project timelines, deliverables, and budget. You will provide comprehensive event updates, reports, and analysis before, during, and after each campaign. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics-led reviews, measuring and assessing ROI/KPIs.
- Collaborate with Senior Brand Manager to establish priorities and groundwork for events strategy and success metrics for each campaign.
- Craft innovative brand experiences to boost brand awareness and desirability.
- Conduct thorough research on luxury and competitor’s landscape to create compelling, high-quality programs.
- Take full project ownership of events from conception to completion.
- Oversee planning and execution of all event operations and logistics.
- Lead and manage planning and executions with multiple external agencies.
- Provide timely and comprehensive event pre, during and post-campaign updates, reports and analysis.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics-led reviews, measure and assess ROI / KPIs.
What you bring:
As the ideal candidate for the Regional Events Manager position, you bring a wealth of experience in events management and production. Your background includes managing luxury events where you have proven a track record in delivering KPIs successfully. You are well-versed in the latest digital technology trends in the events landscape. Your proficiency in budget control is evident through your previous P&L management experience. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
