About the Client Experience & Events Senior Specialist (three months) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible to project manage the coordination of the event production process, specifically in the areas of creative concepts with help of agencies over the start-to-end process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate client attendance lists, client advisers, and details of travel plan
• Develop client experience roadmap to offer personalised experiences for each client
• Partner with client advisers and retail leaders to entertain and engage VIP clients internationally
• Work with local teams to develop in store events calendar
• Prepare post even reports for central submission
• Coordinate client gifting programmes

To succeed in this Client Experience & Events Senior Specialist (three months) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with various stakeholders, across borders and internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• Prior experience and knowledge of the luxury market, with a solid experience to execute different types and scales of events
• Creative, detail oriented, focused and open to new ideas
• Strong communication skills, ability to take directions and work independently
• Highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment, required to grasp concepts and procedures quickly
• Ability to deliver quality work under tight working timeline and manage outside vendors efficiently
