An Assistant Manager, Events & Client Experience (three months) job has become available at one of the word's top luxury design houses that is recognised globally for its extraordinary craftsmanship and unparalleled creativity.

About the Assistant Manager, Events & Client Experience (three months) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to successfully execute one of the client's major events that will be taking place. Reporting to the Client Relations Director, this is a role for someone who is a leader in their field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client attendance lists, client advisers and details of travel plan
  • Develop client experience road map to offer personalised experiences for each client
  • Partner with client advisers and retail leaders to entertain and engage VIC clients internationally
  • Work with local teams to develop in store events calendar
  • Prepare post-event reports for central submission
  • Coordinate client gifting programmes

To succeed in this Assistant Manager, Events & Client Experience (three months) role, you will need to possess the ability to engage and manage multiple high network stakeholders, take direction and work independently, and possess a solid experience to execute different types and scale of events within the luxury market.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience of the luxury market
  • Creative, detail-oriented, focused and open to new ideas
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment, grasp concepts and procedures quickly
  • Ability to deliver quality work under tight working timelines and manage external stakeholders efficiently
