An exciting Event Coordinator (three months) job has just become available at one of the world's leading environmental, social and governance (ESG) focused digital maritime platform.
About the Event Coordinator (three months) Role:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be supporting the full planning and delivery on all events digital and physical with the potential to work on a global portfolio of events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research the shipping, commodities and finance landscape to find suitable events relevant for stakeholders participation
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to organise and execute event seamlessly while adhering to the timeline and budget
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders in key cities that have been selected as the event destination
- Create post even KPI dashboards and feedback reports
To succeed in this Event Coordinator (three months) role, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to work well under a strict deadline.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience with running an event independently
- Ability to deal with high pressure scenarios, think on your feet and come up with original ideas
- Works with speed, without being afraid to request for additional support from the team
- Comfortable with public speaking, being an emcee or conducting an interview
- Willingness to travel
