An exciting Event Coordinator (three-month contract with completion bonus) job has just become available at one of the most respected global banks based in Singapore.
About the Event Coordinator (three-month contract with completion bonus) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for event administration and coordination matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to conference enquiries from internal and external contacts (including internal staff, clients and companies)
- Work with research and corporate access teams to track and monitor invitation responses
- Maintain updated profiles/conference requirements for attending corporates and investors
- Meet scheduling and distribution of meeting schedules to related parties
- Create periodic management reports
To succeed in this Event Coordinator (three-month contract with completion bonus) role, it is preferred if you have prior experience in regional event practices and responsible sourcing and agency and/or financial industry event delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with event management is preferred
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
