We are on the hunt for a dynamic and knowledgeable Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. You will have the chance to conceptualise and lead performance marketing strategies, manage end-to-end execution SOPs, and plan and execute digital campaigns across various platforms.
As an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's digital growth. You'll be responsible for conceptualising performance marketing strategies, managing execution SOPs from start to finish, planning and executing digital campaigns across a variety of platforms. Your ability to measure campaign performance, identify trends, optimise spend, conduct A/B testing, collaborate with internal teams, and provide leadership will be key to your success in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualise leads performance marketing strategy and manage execution SOPs end-to-end
- Plan and execute Digital campaigns across various platforms
- Measure and report performance of campaigns, assessing against goals across the conversion funnel from impressions to sales
- Work with agency to identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on these insights
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B tests and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to study and constantly optimize users' digital journey and experience
The ideal candidate for this Assistant Digital Marketing Manager position will bring a wealth of experience in the digital marketing realm. With a degree in Marketing or equivalent, you'll have at least 3 years' experience leading SEM, Social Media, and display advertising campaigns. Your proven track record in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns that deliver results will set you apart.
