About the Site Merchandiser (12 months) Role:
In this business critical role, you will be responsible for executing marketing activities which communicates directly to the customers in the APAC region on the various payment products and services offered. You will be working with the various internal teams to improve the customer journey, remove friction and value-add to the customers experience via strategic digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-site and off-site merchandising targeted to increase awareness and engagement for payment products and services offered, including email programmes, new product launches, cross-category placements, developing and executing site-wide events and search results
• Work closely with design teams and various marketing channel partners to develop marketing creatives, build placements using merchandising tools and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Engage with cross-functional teams for implementation of project/programme requirements and troubleshooting

To succeed in the Site Merchandiser (12 months) role, you will need to have a strong bias for action and able to work backwards from go-live dates, interpret data and analyse performance post-execution. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and liaise with different stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Two to three years of prior experience in designing and executing online customer experience or in a similar capacity
• Ability to work in ambiguous situations with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in basic HTML and Excel, with the ability to learn the in-house tools quickly
• Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to fine-tune ongoing marketing campaigns
