About the Marketing Manager (six-month contract) Role:
In this business critical role, you will craft and implement go-to-market strategies to optimise new customer acquisition, conversion and frequency alongside a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Devise test and learn opportunities, followed by post-mortem
• Create merchandising placements upon agreed road map with various stakeholders
• Work with internal stakeholders to execute planned strategies, be the champion for the customer voice, ensure that marketing strategies are executed correctly and customer experience is elevated
• Analyse campaign performance metrics, reporting on results and recommending areas for improvement
• Educate stakeholders on initiative performance to improve and make recommendations to business

To succeed in this Marketing Manager (six-month contract) role, you will need to have strong problem solving and analytical skills and be able to work cooperatively and effectively with various stakeholders. You must also possess a strong ownership and be results-driven, with an ability to work with stakeholders across a multicultural and multi-location environment.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of experience in marketing, ideally in a consumer facing brand/retailer
• Intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Autonomous and proactive individual with a can-do attitude
• Prior experience in running and managing Paid Search (PEM) or Paid Social campaigns
• Strong communication skills
